1 . If any match is cancelled due to technical or administrative reasons from GameVictory Esports, the entry fee will be refunded to the user’s in-app wallet.
2. Once a user has successfully joined a paid match, the entry fee is non-refundable and the participation cannot be cancelled.
3. Users who fail to enter the match room before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Any user found using hacks, cheats, mods, emulators (where not allowed), or engaging in unfair practices such as teaming will face immediate account suspension or permanent ban, and no withdrawal or refund will be permitted.
5.The use of multiple accounts (Multiple IDs) on GameVictory Esports is strictly prohibited. If a user is found operating more than one account, all associated accounts may be permanently banned without prior notice.
