GameVictory Esports – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy:
Unfair Play: If a participant is unfairly eliminated from a match due to a verified hacker or cheater, the participation fee will be refunded to the user’s GameVictory Esports wallet after proper review.
Technical Issues: If a match is cancelled due to a platform-side or server-related issue, the participation fee will be refunded to all affected users’ wallets.
Failure to Join: Participants who fail to join the match room before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund. It is the user’s responsibility to join the room on time after receiving the Room ID and Password.
Violation of Fair Play: If a user is found using hacks, mods, cheats, emulators (where not allowed), or engaging in team-up or any unfair practices, their account may be blocked or permanently banned, and no refunds or rewards will be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Platform Cancellation: If GameVictory Esports cancels a match for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee in their GameVictory Esports wallet
User Cancellation: Once a user has successfully joined a tournament or paid match, cancellation is not allowed, and the participation fee is non-refundable.
