GameVictory Esports – Fair Play & Participation Policy
By participating in any tournament hosted on the GameVictory Esports platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Rules & Platform Rights:
GameVictory Esports reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, or postpone any tournament at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
By participating in tournaments on our platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
The use of multiple accounts (Multiple IDs) by a single user is strictly prohibited. Any user found violating this rule will face permanent account suspension across all associated accounts.
2. Cheating, Hacks & Unfair Play:
If any player is found engaging in suspicious, unfair, or unethical gameplay, GameVictory Esports reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or place the account on hold. Any rewards earned during such activity will be forfeited.
The use of hacks, mods, cheats, scripts, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending or earned rewards.
Exploiting in-game bugs, glitches, or errors for personal advantage will result in instant disqualification, and all rewards related to that match will be nullified.
The use of emulators in mobile-only tournaments is not allowed. Players found using emulators will be disqualified and will not be eligible for any match rewards.
3. Technical & Participation Responsibilities:
In case a match is cancelled due to a technical issue from the GameVictory Esports platform, the entry fee will either be refunded to the user’s wallet or a re-match may be scheduled.
Participants must ensure that all submitted details (such as in-game ID, username, etc.) are accurate and complete. Incorrect or false information may result in reward cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Room ID and Password details are shared within the app and may also be sent via SMS. It is the participant’s responsibility to join the match before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will make the user ineligible for any refund.
GameVictory Esports is not responsible for issues on the user’s end, including poor internet connectivity, device issues, background apps, incoming calls/SMS, or game crashes. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
If a participant is removed or auto-kicked from a match due to a verified platform-side issue, a refund may be issued upon submission of valid proof, such as screenshots or screen recordings.
4. Policy Updates & Modifications:
This Fair Play & Participation Policy may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this policy periodically.
Continued participation in tournaments on GameVictory Esports signifies acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
